What is Copyright Infringement?

Copyright infringement is defined as the use of a copyright-protected material without the consent of the owner. This means that a third-party contravenes to the copyright holder’s rights. Image, videos, and text copyright are considered as common types of infringement.

There are several forms and ways of copyright infringement. There are some examples of actions that may constitute infringement of copyright if you carry them out without first receiving permission from the copyrighted material owner, author, or holder:


1. Recording a film in a movie theater.
